RECENT PROJECTS
This three-month transformative initiative upskills and nurtures young women's leadership potential in fresh graduates.
At the invitation of some radio stations, we discuss our projects' focus and other current affairs around what we do in-depth.
We have partnered with schools, especially in Juba, to offer in-service teacher workshops on several topics to improve classroom learning.
Our community outreach engagements help us interact with local residents on peacebuilding, MIL, nutrition, and entrepreneurship.
The network membership is made up of several teachers we have reached through our workshops and schools mini competition.
In collaboration with the Mental Health Society South Sudan initiative, we have carried out awareness on mental wellbeing.
We are a volunteer-based non-profit organization that promotes education and socio-economic development. EFSS provides education support, leadership development, and community-building initiatives to support individuals and marginalized communities through grassroots activities encouraging literacy, community peace, tolerance, and development.
We visualize a society where everyone has the opportunity for a high-quality life, including but not limited to education, employment, shelter, health, food, and clothing, rich cultural offerings, and the ability to give themselves and connect with their community.
Registered in September 2021 with the South Sudan Relief and Rehabilitation Commission (RRC), numbering 3,852, by passionate and goal-driven young individuals, we actively participate in meeting the pressing needs of communities in South Sudan. Our organization's scope knows no bounds, transcending specific sectors or geographical constraints.

To contribute to the education of young people, through a value-based system, to help build a better world where people are self-fulfilled as individuals and play a constructive role in society.
A sustainable strategy to achieve the maximum, a need-based and right-based approach is initiated, ascertains the problem with full community involvement, and mobilizes all indigenous and local resources. The program goals are materialized with a helping hand from members, donor agencies, and philanthropists.
A participatory, self-help, self-sustainable approach through community involvement and the formation of volunteer groups in needy areas of the organization’s operations.
Sustainable community development is a dynamic process posing various needs at different phases of time. These can be dealt with through continuous interventions based on designed frameworks that incorporate the requirements projected by the communities and with the help of the communities by strategizing for public-private partnerships.
Our target groups include the needy men, women, and children in the communities of South Sudan who are still living in miserable conditions and deprived of the very basic necessities of life. Besides, Excellence Foundation for South Sudan will also focus on the urban populace.
Our virtual "Your Skill Boost" sessions provide participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to package and position themselves for a fulfilled life.
